Role Overview:

* Opportunity for a skilled Document Controller to join a leading main contractor in luxury residential construction

* Key responsibility: Manage construction documentation for prestigious projects in Central London and Surrey's super-prime residential sectors

* Office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Experience Required:

* Essential: Background in construction and familiarity with relevant software (Procore preferred; transferable skills from 4site, Aconex, Viewpoint, etc. also considered)

* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple documentation tasks effectively
