Registered Nurse – Care / Nursing Home -

Location: Cardiff (Must be living in the UK)

Position: Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Hours: Full time & part time available

12 Hour Shifts: Days or Nights or a Mixture available, Subject to availability. You can choose your shifts patterns!

Salary: up to £19.72 per hour / £45,119 per year (based on 44 hours)

Contract: Permanent (12-hour shifts & Weekends on a rota basis)

Responsibilities:

· Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports

· Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects / reactions

· Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments

· To be able to supervise, develop and teach other care team members.

You will need the following skills and qualities:

* An experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

* Previous experience of working within a care home setting is desirable but not essential.

* A commitment to adhering to NMC guidelines and code of conduct.

* A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis.
