Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Sussex

Salary: Upto around £88k + Car and Package

Our client, a leading Contractor is looking to grow theirdynamic team with a Senior Surveyor to take a pivotal role in our their business. As the Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for overall commercial strategies, managing commercial functions and overseeing contract reporting. You will have 2 stage project experience within the DFE or Healthcare sector. Ideally you will have management experience.

Working on Projects Value from £10m - £30m

Responsibilities:

Lead your own projects commercials, ensuring compliance with all contract obligations
Develop and implement internal and external tender stages and delivery strategies
Agree on external valuations upstream/downstream to maintain positive project cash flow
Experience with managing and leading a team of Quantity SurveyorsWhat's in it for you?
