Seeking a Traffic Marshall to join our client on an ongoing project in Maidstone. The successful Traffic Marshall must hold a valid CPCS or Banksman ticket and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic on and off the construction site.

Traffic Marshall Key Responsibilities:

* Vehicle Inspection: Check each lorry to ensure it is clean and free of stone and mud before it leaves the site.

* Traffic Management: Direct and manage the flow of vehicles entering and leaving the site to ensure safety and efficiency.

* Escort Duties: Escort vehicles and people in and out of the site as needed, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

* Communication: Coordinate with site management and other team members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.

* Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel and visitors.

Traffic Marshall Requirements:

* Traffic Marshall Ticket or CPCS Plant and vehicle Marshaller A73

* Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall on a construction site.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Traffic Marshall Package:

* £16 - £18 p/hour

* Until 2026
