Outstanding opportunity here for a recently qualified Architect to join a growing and ambitious Architectural practice based in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham city centre.

The practice are currently around 40 people strong and are looking to grow as we head further into 2025. This begins with the appointment of a recently qualified Architect to join their commercial, industrial and mixed use team.

Due to continued and sustained increase in workloads the practice are seeking to appoint a recently qualified Architect on a permanent basis. Long term will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects in varied sectors, including; Education/Higher Education, Industrial, Commercial, Mixed Use, Office Blocks and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect in the early stages of their career to join a company that will provide you with ongoing training and progression opportunities, while building up your portfolio into a varied and interesting mix.

The practice utilise AutoCAD and Revit software. Usually, the practice would offer training to those without Revit experience in the first few months, however on this occasion Revit proficiency will be required from the get go. Due to the projects you will be starting out with, there will be very little time to get up to speed with Revit software if you aren't already familiar with the package.

Key requirements of the Architect as follows:

UK recognised qualifications at Part 1, 2 and 3 level
At least 1 year of post qualification experience.
A varied portfolio would be ideal, with Commercial/Industrial sector projects preferred.
Revit proficiency, with at least 2 years of hands on experience with the software.
AutoCAD proficiency.
Team leading and job running capabilities.
Ambition to progress through the ranks towards Associate level and beyond.
In return, the Architect will be offered a salary in the region of £35,000-£39,500 per annum alongside a competitive benefits package.
