Our client are a well-established growing law firm who are seeking a Receptionist based in Northampton on a full-time permanent basis. They have several offices and teams catering to different law specialties from family law to wills and probates and more.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist
* Greeting and booking in visitors and clients.
* Answering telephone calls via Teams.
* Manage the enquiries email box.
* Maintain meeting rooms and reception area.
* General administrative and postal duties.
* Maintain vehicle records for employees in case of parking issues.
Requirements for a successful Receptionist
* Minimum 4 years' Reception experience.
* Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
* Full clean UK driving licence with a willingness to travel to other sites.
