**Key Responsibilities:**

Oversee key phases of mechanical engineering projects, from feasibility studies to detailed design and site-based verification.
Guide junior engineers, fostering their development and maintaining a collaborative team atmosphere.
Work closely with the group lead on resourcing and scheduling to ensure efficient project delivery.

Industrial decarbonisation initiatives
Multi-disciplinary feasibility studies and technical verification
**What You Bring:**

A Master’s degree (MEng/MSc) in Mechanical Engineering and Chartered Engineer status (IMechE membership preferred).
Experience in regulated sectors such as power, oil & gas, or chemical industries.
Proficiency in pipe stress analysis, equipment and engineering specification writing, pressure part design, and plant layout.
Strong skills in mentoring, team coordination, and client-facing communication.
