Operations Manager

Location | Manchester
Salary | £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Hours | 37.5 hours Monday - Friday + annual bonus and ability to earn commission

Key responsibilities
* Build key relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Responsible for service delivery and customer satisfaction
* Growing existing accounts
* Analyse and monitor KPIs and targets
* Managing budgets
* Managing staff rotas

Person specification
* Advanced IT skills, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in customer service
* Knowledge of the cleaning industry
* Self-motivated and results orientated
* Clean driving license - required
