About the Role:
We’re looking for a Lead Software Developer to join a high-performing engineering team, working on advanced software solutions for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship and guidance.

* Design and implement efficient, scalable software in C/C++, ensuring optimal system performance.

* Develop user interfaces using HTML, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

* Work with Linux-based systems, configuring and optimising for performance.

What We’re Looking For:

* 3+ years of software development experience, preferably in C/C++.

* Experience leading or mentoring software teams.

* Strong understanding of software design principles and real-world system development.

* Familiarity with Linux systems and configuration.

* Experience with network security, signal processing, or data-intensive applications is highly desirable.

* Must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC) and Developed Vetting (DV), including UK residency for the last 10 years.
