Temporary Credit Controller

Location: Norwich
Duration: Temporary (4 weeks)
Reports to: Credit Manager

A fantastic business within the FMCG industry and based in Norwich, are in need of a temporary Credit Controller to join the team temporarily and ideally immediately!

Working in a team of 8 and reporting directly to the Credit Manager, your duties would include:

• Send customer statements weekly/monthly
• Log and process credit notes
• Manage the customer mailbox and respond to inquiries
• Contact customers for payment
• Update CRM with customer activities

About You:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Previous credit control or finance experience is a plus
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle high volumes
