Salary: £25,000
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
39 hours per week with a 30-minute lunch break, fully office based
Location: Dunston, Gateshead

Social events, charity fundraisers, and a welcoming team culture? Key Responsibilities ?

Process customer and supplier orders via the internal system, cross-referencing and logging them, and processing orders through the in-house system
Manage customer queries via email and telephone
Ensure smooth coordination of customer deliveries by liaising with relevant departments to meet timely delivery schedules
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Monitor stock levels and keep all teams updated on product availability
Perform general office duties, including answering the main telephone and the intercom
Schedule work orders for customers
Input data using Excel and CRM systems
Raise purchase orders and process invoices
Provide additional support to Directors and the wider team as neededWhat We're Looking For

Excellent telephone handling skills, with clear and assertive communication
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and colleagues
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office systems
