Managing Consultant – Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation Department – Altrincham – Hybrid

Due to global expansion, we need to hire a dynamic Business Development/Managing Consultant to lead our well-established Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation business.

Responsibilities:

Business Development

* Maximize opportunities within the business's existing client base and that of the wider market.

* You will assess our current buying, working, and market platform to identify key decision-makers within these organizations, introduce Adepto's EC & I services, and transition them from working clients to new buying customers.

* Your goal is to secure roles with these clients, collaborating with all teams in the Adepto business to generate revenue from placing both contract and permanent staff.

Managing Staff Performance

* Leading day-to-day focus on delivery against existing roles and their BD activities of the EC&I Team members

* Managing performance through day plans and weekly/monthly meetings

* Leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and, ideally, team development
