I am currently looking to reccruit for an experienced Book-Keeper for a SME company based in Bolton. Excellent transport links but also free parking.
Reporting to the Financial Controller this is a varied role which would suit someone who enjoys multi-tasking and "mucking" in where needed. Duties will include
Maintaining the sales ledger
Maintaining the purchase ledger
Raising invoices from completed job cards
Allocating payments received to accounts
Credit control where needed
Preparing VAT returns
Maintaining the depreciation ledger
Accruals and prepayments
Running month end reports
Using xero accounting Flexible hours if needed, free parking, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension
