TA’s/ Teaching Assistants needed for September in Cardiff.

Are you a strong and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting and varied opportunity? 

Do you have experience with pupils with additional learning needs or challenging behaviour?

A large College based in Cardiff is seeking to appoint strong, experienced Teaching Assistants to support in a diverse College setting. The role is full time in the first instance with the opportunity of becoming permanent for the right candidate. 

The successful Teaching Assistant will work with the Teachers to maintain an innovative, dynamic and engaging environment. You will be required to interact and support students with additional learning needs to reach their full potential. You will be able to demonstrate good behaviour management skills along with excellent communication skills. You will be expected to uphold the policies of the College and support the College ethos.
