Machine Operator / Production Operator – Permanent Positions Available!

Location: Desborough, NN14
Salary: Up to £13.25 per hour (includes £1 per hour attendance bonus)
Shifts: 4 ON / 4 OFF – rotating days and nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
Start Date: Immediate
Transport: Own transport required

Full shift pay: Get paid for the full 12 hours – no deductions for breaks or lunch

We’re hiring Machine Operators / Production Operators for permanent roles after 3 months of probation, with full training provided and room for growth!

Main Duties:

* Operate machinery – load and unload materials

* Conduct quality checks

* Report maintenance needs

* Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
