This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who is looking to transition into a new sector and move away from the hard sell, or for someone with experience in the education or training sector seeking to work with a progressive provider.

The project focuses on supporting unemployed job seekers in securing their functional skills qualifications, as well as helping employed learners in the Health and Social Care sector (Levels 1 & 2) gain valuable qualifications. The core function of your role will be to identify and engage learners across Coventry, Wolverhampton, and Birmingham. You will establish relationships with job centres, community centres, and charities to connect with unemployed learners, and reach out to Health and Social Care providers to offer their staff the opportunity to gain these qualifications. There are no costs for learners or businesses, as the programs are fully government-funded.

There is a base office in the centre of Birmingham you will operate from.  But its expected you will be out and about in the area on visits (so a driver is essential / mileage is paid)
