Customer Service Advisor role:

We are seeking people who will engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges & needs. As part of your role, you'll be helping customers who are having technical issues with their services. Each call can be very different. You might be helping people to understand their bills, getting them back online when their connection goes down, or talking them through our products and how to use them.
