Receptionist Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional manner
* Manage and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring they are presentable and well-equipped
* Maintain client areas, including reception, restrooms, and cloakrooms
* Handle walk-in client enquiries and assist with administrative tasks
* Manage incoming calls on an overflow basis
* Provide refreshments and receive deliveries
* Assist with document scanning, distribution, and other administrative duties
* Perform First Aid and Fire Marshal duties (training provided)
Receptionist Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong focus on quality client care
* Experience in a busy professional services environment (preferred)
* Highly organised with a proactive and flexible approach
* Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
* Calm and composed under pressure
* Confident IT user with good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
