We are recruiting experienced and efficient Nursery Practitioners for our well-established nursery setting in LE4, Birstall, City of Leicester. We are looking for Nursery Practitioners to work as part of a team to assist in providing a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children. You’ll be involved in planning and assessing based on children's individual needs and supporting them in their development. Collaboration with colleagues, parents, carers, and other professionals is key. A strong commitment to safeguarding and creating an inclusive environment is essential.

Nursery Practitioner responsibilities:
* Creating stimulating play activities for children, both indoors and outdoors
* Carrying out and writing observations
* Planning activities for your key children
* Providing personal care for the children
* Completing daily records of children's activities
* Sharing information with parents
* Participating in team meetings
Requirements:
* MUST have an NVQ 2 or 3 in childcare and education
* A genuine passion for and interest in working with children
* A team player who takes initiative
* Punctual and reliable
* DBS checked and registered on the update service
Nursery Practitioner experience:
* Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
