Position: Site Manager
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + package
Location: Nationwide (travel required)

Role Overview:
My Client are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. This role has become available due to the expansion of their project workload. The successful candidate will manage site operations, oversee trades and subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of health and safety. The Site Manager will play a critical role in delivering projects on time and within budget, particularly for high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily site operations, including coordinating trades and subcontractors.
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
Be the main point of contact on site for clients, ensuring their expectations exceeded.
Oversee the project, ensuring all projects are completed within the agreed timeframes.
Handle a range of projects with budgets ranging from £300,000 to £1.5 million, typically lasting 5-9 weeks.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in a multi-trade environment.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent client-facing skills.

Working Hours:
40 hours per week, with a commitment to overtime. Overtime is paid at time and a half.
