My client is offering a fantastic role as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, where you’ll have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, maintaining outdoor spaces from April to October. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, your main duties will involve a variety of tasks that will allow you to showcase your skills in horticulture. From mowing, trimming, and weeding to pruning flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that outdoor spaces are well-maintained and inviting. You’ll also assist in the upkeep of parks and communal areas while carrying out litter picking and leaf clearance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is ready to take on a hands-on role in the community. My client is seeking someone with a strong understanding of plant care and maintenance, as well as experience using gardening equipment and machinery.

Due to the nature of the work, you must have a valid UK drivers licence. Previous experience as a grounds operative would be ideal.
