Our client based in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch) Monday to Friday

The role involves:-

* Respond to all customer enquiries and act as first point of contact for the admin and sales team

* Process orders in a timely manner

* Dealing with direct despatch

* Labelling, booking in products

* Liasing with all departments to make sure products and goods are dealt with for the customer
