My client is an independently owned company based in Manchester that delivers fire stopping & fire door works, to a range of different projects across the UK across a well established client base.

They have been established for over 12 years, have a long term order book and have had some fantastic growth over the past year. Due to this growth, they're looking to appoint a contract manager to oversee the delivery of fire doors works. You will be responsible for managing the operational and compliance delivery of these works.

You will be managing installation and remedial works across the North West down to the Midlands. You will be confident in the following aspects:-

* Managing multiple contracts for installations / remedials.

* Planning / programming works.

* Managing budgets.

* Overseeing compliance of works to British standards

* Primary point of contact with the client.

The successful candidate will:-

* Have technical expertise in fire doors and / or fire stopping

* Knowledge of FIRAS / BMTrada standards

* Have a strong H&S understanding
