Title: Shuttering Carpenter Supervisor
Reporting To: Carpenter

Department Function:
The role supports the team in the safe installation of shuttering formwork and proprietary systems, ensuring compliance with nuclear quality standards. The department aims to deliver the safest, most competitive, and sustainable projects in the UK, while providing significant socio-economic benefits to local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install shuttering formwork safely and according to standards.

* Work with proprietary systems for columns, walls, beams, soffits, kickers, and pre-cast units.

* Collaborate effectively as part of a team and work outdoors, including at heights.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Skilled in using hand and power tools.

* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.

* Competent in maintaining high tolerances for line and level.

* Understanding and executing written instructions.

* CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Blue) required; Level 3 qualification in Formwork preferred.

* Training in working at heights and abrasive wheels is necessary.
