Your Role as a Supply Teacher

Deliver Engaging Lessons

Teach pre-planned lessons or adapt materials as a Supply Teacher
Ensure an engaging and inclusive learning environment
Inspire students with creative and effective teaching strategiesClassroom & Behaviour Management

Maintain a positive and structured learning atmosphere as a Supply Teacher
Follow school policies on behaviour and safeguarding
Build rapport with students and encourage participationSupport & Collaborate

Work closely with teaching assistants and school staff
Adapt teaching styles to suit different abilities and learning needs
Provide feedback on student progress when required

Who We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred for Supply Teachers)
Experience working in mainstream or SEN settings as a Supply Teacher
Passionate, adaptable, and confident in different classroom environments
Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Supply Teacher
Ability to engage and inspire students in any Supply Teacher role
