WMS & ERP Expertise: Utilise your experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency. Familiarity with WMS & ERP implementations is a definite plus.
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer.Key Candidate Requirements:
Have a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - Essential.
Have a minimum of 3+ year's experience at a Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager or General Manager level - Essential.
Have managed teams beyond 30-100+ employees through direct managerial reports - Essential.
A working knowledge of WMS / ERP systems - Essential.
Exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential.
An understanding of Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Methodology - Advantageous.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential.
Commutable to Ashby-De-La-Zouch for 5 days per week - Essential.Salary & Benefits Package:
Salary - £45,000 to £50,000 (Dependant on experience).
