As a Sales & Marketing Support Executive, you’ll be an integral part of our customer’s journey. From customer onboarding and maintaining product and pricing information, to supporting the Marketing Manager with event coordination, website maintenance and social media content, this role offers the unique opportunity to grow your career working on a variety of projects.
Our offices are based in London, right by the Holborn line, and as a social bunch we’re typically in the office 3-4 days per week. Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Support Executive:
Assist customers with enquiries via email and phone, supporting the Customer Service team.
Maintain and update product information, customer details, and pricing.
Create bespoke sales collateral for the sales team, such as tasting notes and reports.
Assist with forecasting and stock coordination in collaboration with demand planning.
Support the Marketing Manager with website content, social media updates, and event planning.
Represent the company at tastings, client events, and trade visits as required.
Skills & Experience:
A degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or another relevant field desirable.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in a hospitality, on-trade sales, or marketing position desirable – a passion for wine is a must!
A curious, collaborative approach to projects and excellent time management skills.
Customer centric and the ability to adapt to changing consumer needs.
