Great opportunity for a recruiter who can source, interview, and complete all compliance checks for HCAs and Support workers. This role does not include the placing / coordinating of candidates as this is managed by another team.
About the role
* The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting HCAs within a defined geographical area in Sussex, but based in the Whitstable office, Kent.
* You will advertise roles as well as proactively source potential applicants, using job boards, social media and local events.
* Screening and interviewing applicants will also be part of your role.
* Once the applicant has been offered then you will also process all compliance and pre-employment checks.
Requirements
About you
* You will be a natural people person that can build rapport with potential applicants.
* Ideally you will have 1 year’s recruitment experience, preferably volume recruitment.
* Ideally you will have some knowledge of the healthcare sector.
* You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

* Our client will offer you a salary of £25,200 increasing to £28,350 on completion of probation period plus bonus.
* 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, based in the Whitstable office – parking available. Driving licence required as some travel to Sussex (once or twice a month, expenses paid)
