Description
The successful Senior Media and Marketing Effectiveness Manager will be responsible for;
Delivering continual improvement on marketing investment.
Leading and directing cross functional teams and agencies on improvements for future campaigns.
Leading the media audit and reporting on brand and campaign performance.
Leading the annual budget planning process, engaging all teams and providing recommendations for budget split.
Supporting the brand managers on activations and optimization.
Building strong cross functional relationships across teams to deliver ROI.Profile
The successful Senior Media and Marketing Effectiveness Manager should have the following expertise;
Confidence in leading an innovative media mix model (MMM) and an extensive understanding of the media landscape, digital marketing and econometrics.
Proven track record in leading marketing effectiveness and sourcing key consumer insights that drive business change.
Proven track record in mobilizing and integrating new platforms and process into teams to drive a culture of effectiveness and efficiency.
Strong collaboration skills with ability to constructively challenge and influence positively.
Proven track record in developing and managing measurement frameworks.
