About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a PGCE to join a fantastic school in Kempston as an unqualified teacher. This full-time, long-term role will allow you to build on your teaching experience while receiving full support and training from a team of experienced professionals. You'll be working with students across various age groups, helping them achieve their academic potential in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons, working in collaboration with qualified teaching staff.
Provide support for students in their learning and development, ensuring a positive classroom experience.
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
Contribute to the development of students' personal, social, and emotional growth.
Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) where required.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to both students and senior staff.

We're Looking For:

A recent graduate with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
A passion for teaching and working with young people.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
Enthusiasm for supporting students in their academic and personal development.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour in a positive and constructive manner.
Ability to commute to Kempston
While previous teaching experience is beneficial, it's not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
