Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 plus 10% Car Allowance + Travel Covered

The Role:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full commercial control of this high-profile project, driving success from start to finish. You’ll work closely with a team of experts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to deliver excellence while maximizing value.

About You:

Proven experience in a senior commercial role, ideally on projects of £15M+

Strong knowledge of JCT contracts

Experience with New Build Projects

Experience with leading projects from start to finish/ handover

A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard
