Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyse financial data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
Collaborate across departments to optimise resource allocation and achieve business targets.
Provide financial leadership on key projects and support business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
