What you'll do as a Customer Success Executive:

Manage all aspects of post-sale customer interactions, ensuring smooth order processing and proactive communication
Build strong relationships with customers, delivering an outstanding experience from purchase to delivery and beyond
Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and expertise
Process and track customer orders with meticulous attention to detail
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover
Manage stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team as needed
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer success processesWhat you'll need:

Previous experience in a customer success or service role in an office setting, preferably within a B2B company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
