I am currently working exclusively with a local authority based in London on an interim Building Control Officer role at £55+ per hour.

Drive standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and leave your mark on our city's progress.

Job Activities:
* Plan checking, including discharge of conditions, and amended plans
* Building Regulation enforcement, including investigation of unauthorised works, or property specific complaints
* Responding to general enquiries from the public
* Giving of pre-application advice in any format
