The menu will be upto you and your team where input and creativity is encouraged – all food is fresh, seasonal, modern and a mixture of street food and fine dining due to hospitality & events.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT FULL TIME CONTRACTS AVAILABLE

The ideal Sous Chef will come for a hotel background who can scale up from street food to fine dining.

The added bonus to this role is that you will be working for a company where you can progress to Head Chef to Development, Area, Operations and Director roles.
