? Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
? Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance
? Fault finding & troubleshooting
? Conduct emergency light & fire alarm testing
? Maintain plant rooms, pumps, and motors
? Service air handling units & fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
? Carry out general plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)
? Maintain up-to-date maintenance logbooks
? Handle client-facing responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Electrically qualified (City & Guilds or Apprenticeship)
✔ Hardworking & eager to learn
✔ Previous experience in commercial building maintenance (preferred)
✔ Strong communication & client-facing skills
✔ Ability to provide relevant trade certificates
