Your new role
As Executive Assistant / Office Manager, you will be responsible for all day to day administration for the office, as well as providing direct support to the CEO. Your duties will include:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
Manage and co-ordinate calendars, ensuring they are updated and conflicts minimised.
Arrange internal and external meetings, setting rooms up, if need be, plus helping with travel itineraries and bookings.
Assist with the planning and execution of board-level meetings and events.
Prepare agendas and documents for meetings as well as taking and distributing minutes.
Facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Help prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Draft and edit emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the CEO and/or senior leadership team.
Help organise and maintain the CEO's files and documents.
Expenses management, communicating reminders of process and policy.
Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors, service providers and building management.
Be responsible for the compliance aspects of the office such as fire, health and safety and so on.
Help organise company events, meetings, conferences as required, as well as associate travel.
Collaborate with the construction project management team to provide support throughout various project phases.
Support HR with interview arrangements, feedback, candidate compliance and document management.
Assist with holiday register and HR administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in a similar role, ideally within a small or high-growth company. You will have a can do attitude, be a strong communicator and have a strong presence within the office.
What you'll get in return
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be in the office 5 days per week, though some flexibility is available. You will receive a generous basic salary, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus.
