Job Description

Collaborate proactively with the sales team to perform administrative tasks for enterprise customers across Europe. Responsibilities include creating and tracking sales orders, data entry, and responding to customer and prospect queries. Act as a bridge between operations, sales, and procurement to ensure customer satisfaction.
Report directly to the Go-to-Market Manager while working closely with the Supplier Success Manager, Operations Manager, and Procurement Manager.
Occasionally assist with inspection and packing of various devices, including smartphones, laptops, iPads, and watches.
Update the Warehouse Management System.
Dealing with customer returns, reverse logistics and RMAs.
Support on trainings, customer visits, fairs… when necessary
Manage customer samples
Prepare/amend/translate corporate decks and any presentations
Aggregate forecast document for the team
Manage customer Database > execution of mailing lists, commercial and marketing animations…
Pricing Benchmark & market trends
Daily activities include supporting sales, managing purchase orders and shipments, assigning stock, clarifying customer payment terms, preparing customs documents and commercial invoices, placing stock units in batches, updating systems, and providing customer updates.Skills

Excel Literate
Good time management and organisational skills
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
2 Years + of customer service experience desired
Interest in technology
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-moving industry
