Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team in Southam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, processing orders, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office systems and procedures
Answering the phone and acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries
Sales Administration
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails
Process orders and manage order documentation
Maintain accurate records and files
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
Provide support to other team members as neededRequirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Previous office experience is essential
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
