An excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking, growing independent insurance intermediary specialising in Fleet Insurance, HGV Insurance, Liability Insurance, Van Insurance and Motor Trade Insurance.
Our client is seeking highly motivated administrators to support their very busy sales team.
This is a full-time role requiring you to work Monday to Friday, however you will be expected to work every other Saturday morning in addition.
Key Duties will include:
* Daily diary management
* Administer mid-term changes to policies
* Incoming and outbound calling
* Insurer and customer documentation processing
* Renewal document processing
* Finance and funding
* Dealing with customers face to face
* Office filing and post renewals
* Completing industry training and assisting with training
* Organising and prioritising workloads
The Ideal Candidate will have:
* Experience in the Insurance industry for at least 1 year is required
* A hard-working attitude who shows initiative
* The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to any situation
* Conscientious and confident, and well-presented when meeting the public or insurers
