Are you looking to reduce your daily commute? Our client operate on a tur regional basis, operating no further than 1 hour of Oxford.
Our client is a well-established Main Contractor with a regional office located Oxfordshire. They currently enjoy a turnover of c£200million and operate within a variety of sectors including; Leisure, Commercial, Multi-room, Industrial Warehouse and Framework with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.

About You:
• Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £5 million.
• Previous experience as an Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Oxford.
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
