Managing and providing support for IT equipment and phones used by all staff members.
Acting as the primary point of contact and providing assistance for any IT-related issues that arise.
Overseeing IT infrastructure and security measures across their offices in the UK & Ireland.
Handling the ordering and inventory management of IT and phone equipment, among other responsibilities.
Installing IT workstations using software distribution methods, including PC systems, laptops, operating systems, and company-specific software.
Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to various Microsoft components.
Contributing to various IT projects such as the development of the company intranet and the implementation of new systems.
Providing basic-level support and management for network infrastructure.
Managing Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10 / 11, and Office365, with escalation to third-line support when necessary.
Engaging in IT supplier-related activities, including procurement tasks.Culture fit:
