Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity?

Join a well-established construction company and play a key role in delivering a high-quality project in the heart of Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.

* Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.

* Valid SMSTS and/or SSSTS qualifications.

* Strong leadership and organisational skills.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

* A proactive approach to site management and safety.
