Job Title: Mid-Level & Senior Full Stack Developers

Location: Stafford (hybrid working)

Salary: £35 - £45,000 & £50,000-£60,000

We are looking for two Full Stack Developers (Mid-Level & Senior) to join a growing software house in Stafford. You'll play a key role in enhancing and maintaining an advanced information management system, which helps streamline operations for care providers. Tech Stack & Skills Required

✔ Proficiency in: PHP, Laravel, JavaScript (React or Vue), MySQL, Apache/Nginx
✔ Experience with: Full Stack Development, System Architecture, Server Scripting, Native Software
✔ Familiarity with: Git/GitHub, Agile & Waterfall methodologies, Jira
✔ Strong understanding of: DRY, SOLID & KISS principles

Desirable Skills

Vue 3 & Composition API
AWS & cloud infrastructure experience
Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) using NUXT
Mobile development principles
Linux/UNIX command line proficiency
Experience with single-page applications (SPAs)

Key Responsibilities

Develop new features to enhance our platform
Optimize system performance for a seamless user experience
Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices
Work in an agile team to deliver roadmap items
Ensure security and compliance within the system
Support and mentor junior developers
