MMP Consultancy currently have an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a local authority based in South London.

This will be an interim position paying Up to £500 per day Umbrella (Inside IR35) on a 6-9 Month contract with the option to be extended.
Primary Job Function:
- Deliver review of current Projects and Services around Investment programmes.
- Review cost, timescale, quality, and delivery problems.
- Write detailed reports and identify any works which need completing.
- Work with contractors to understand processes and delivery in accordance with the agreed contract.
