Group Finance Manager – Hull – c£55,000  

This is a fantastic opportunity to play an instrumental role during a significant period of growth for one of Chase & Holland’s established and progressive clients. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Group Finance Manager to lead their finance team. This is an exciting role, where you will support the Group Finance Director in ensuring the business carries out its financial activities effectively and efficiently. You will oversee the monthly reporting,  commercial reporting, statutory accounts and compliance. You will work with the wider leadership team to drive performance, business objectives and manage risk. Providing improved financial reporting and MI quicker to support with business decisions.

 Group Finance Manager responsibilities include:

Manage, mentor and develop the finance team
Prepare, review and analyse monthly management accounts, variance reporting, KPIs and supporting schedules for 2 entities and overall group
Business partnering QS’s, manufacturing and commercial teams to drive understanding of the numbers and business performance  
Drive improvements in financial reporting, MI and controls
Cashflow reporting and rolling cashflow forecast
Develop improved controls and supporting commercial teams to optimise working capital management
Year end accounts, statutory reporting and management of the audit process
Budgets and forecasting
Ad-hoc reporting and projects to support with driving growth and performance 
Required Skills & Experience:

CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified or Passed Finalist
Experience of management and statutory accounts, ideally including consolidation
Experience of leading and mentoring a finance team
Ability to build relationships with the wider business and present numbers in a way people understand
IT literate including ERP systems and excel
Strategic thinker and ability to influence
Proactive nature, flexible approach to driving changes in processes, systems and controls
