Tradewind are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Support Assistant to work with a child in Key Stage 2 at a primary school in Castleford. Experience: Previous experience working with children with ADHD, Autism, or SEMH is essential.

Flexibility: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide tailored support.Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to a child with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Implement behaviour management strategies to support positive behaviour and minimise disruptions in the classroom.
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and behaviour intervention plans.
