Our client
Working for a global business you will work in the customer service/ sales team. You must have experience in a customer service role as you will be expected to hit the ground running.
The role
Handle inbound enquires, dealing with new and existing customers
Manged start to end sales process
Advise customer on product information
Deal with account queries, purchase orders and processing quotes
Advise customers on packages and the benefits of each package
Liaise with multiple department and suppliers
Ensure you negotiate the best price from the supplier
Handle complaints
The candidate
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Be able to identify opportunities to upsell
Work to tight time schedules
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal English
Confident handling phone calls
Sales and customer service experience
