The Company:

We are working with a family owned, leading Regional Building Contractor whose NW Regional Construction team would generally deliver projects for clients principally based around Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cheshire. They take on projects valued up to £10 Million including new build, extension and refurbishment schemes in the Educations, Healthcare, Blue light, Commercial, Leisure and Industrial sectors.

Due to a healthy pipeline of work already set for 2025, they are now in a position for a Project Manager to join their team in the North West.

The role will oversee projects from pre-construction stage through to handovers.

You-

It's likely that you'll have worked as a project Manager for a building contractor overseeing projects similar to those mentioned above.

You will be based in or be able to commute to the North West of England daily.

You will need to have a good understanding of the construction process and great knowledge of construction contracts.
