We’re hiring for a PCB Assembler to join a manufacturing business in Sandbach on a short-term project expected to last 5–6 weeks.
If you’ve got a steady hand, a sharp eye for detail, and experience in soldering to IPC standards, this is a great opportunity to work with a supportive team on a fast-paced electronics assembly line.
What’s on offer?
* £12.40 per hour
* Monday – Friday 7:45am – 4:30pm
* Early finish on Fridays
* Friendly and collaborative environment
* 5-6 week contract with immediate start available
What will you be doing as a PCB Assembler?
* Through-hole PCB soldering to IPC-A-610 standards
* Product and cable assembly
* Following parts lists and assembly procedures to complete accurate builds
* Inspecting and testing completed units
* Completing all paperwork correctly and on time
* Contributing to team targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Keeping your work area tidy and maintaining safety and quality standards
What do you need?
* Experience in through-hole soldering
* A good understanding of IPC-A-610 standards
* Ability to follow instructions and complete paperwork accurately
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
* Experience in a similar electronics assembly role (desireable)
